In 2018 Restore, Uplift, and Hope San Diego gave the youth of San Diego an opportunity to learn and compete in our annual Black History Quiz Bowl.

The Foundation produces the program and many of our community partners help set up teams to participate.

 

This event helps educate the participants in the many achievements of African-Americans locally and internationally.

The tournament is comprised of 2 divisions (High School and Middle School) and each team is made up of between 4 – 6 students. The study material is given out prior to the competition.

The winners are given awards and a donation will be given to the group they represent.
